So at the moment I have prepared the it’s not your fault workshop.
This is a free workshop online which you can do at your leisure. Doing 30 minutes of this Workshop per day can decrease your stress and anxiety and give you the advise and knowledge you need to create a more mindful life.
The next series of our Menopause workshops will be the Summer pause.
This will run on 29th July 2023 at Hathersage memorial hall the same peaceful venue we used last time to bring peace and serenity to the day. Stay tuned for more information and updates as we plan the finer details.
