I enjoyed every bit of the sessions… even the fact that I was taking myself out of my life for a few hours and doing something for me. Importantly, you reminded me that I need to give myself time to be me, to have soft play time and to make sure my needs are being met.
Meeting other women who are experiencing changes that are affecting their lives and relationships was really valuable. You are all amazingly different and it was lovely to listen to how we are all dealing with things. It also felt like a loving, encouraging environment affording protection and giving solidarity
I loved the power archetypes, it has helped me develop my thinking in my own work. I also found the exercise where we prioritised values very useful and interesting, in thinking about money, and how I value my work in relation to other aspects of my life.
