- Listening to your body
- “First Aid” Yoga
- Restorative yoga to help with whatever issues you bring with you today
- Setting boundaries
- Saying ‘No’
- Taking charge gracefully
- Replenishing Yoga & Deep Relaxation
- Finish the day feeling truly, deeply relaxed and replenished
